We are a complete metal framing, wood framing, drywall, carpentry and painting company. We specialize in floor and roof trusses, drywall and metal framing, wood framing, and interior and exterior painting for both residential and commercial construction.

We work primarily with general contractors. Because we can provide a wide array of services, a general contractor can reduce the number of subcontractors they need to coordinate on a project.

We are based in Winter Haven, Florida, with a second office in Tampa. We work throughout Florida and maintain stationed crews from Cape Coral to Leesburg, which lets us move crews quickly to meet our customers’ needs.

Yes. We hold a Minority, Women, and Florida Veteran Certification through the State of Florida’s Department of Management Services, and we are MBE minority certified and DBE certified. Copies of our certificates are available in the Quick Links on every page.

We maintain a bonding capacity of $15MM single and $50MM aggregate with United Fire Group through Florida Surety Bonds, Inc. of Maitland, Florida. Insurance is administered by Builders Insurance Group for workers’ compensation and Amerisure for general liability.

Garrard Framing and Drywall was founded in 1992, formerly operating as Garrard Carpentry, Inc. The company has grown to more than 70 employees.
